Rules of Engagement 101
In order to be the best, you must master the basics.

It is rare for non-combatants to make their way to dangerous war zones. Regardless of intentions, the presence of tourists and civilian members  may result  in heated reactions. You may be mistaken for something you are not. Civilians can be just as much a target of hostility as any military force. They may also be regarded as a soft target if they do not have the backup of an organization.

Security and predeployment training is necessary whether you are military, police, firefighters, paramedic, or media who is traveling to a war zone or unfamiliar country. ROE 101 will provide state of the art training for all of your deployment and security needs.  

 Civilians, media and NonGovernment Organizations (NGO) can be easily targeted and abducted as hostages to be used for either political (Jungle in Brazil), financial (Pirates in Somalia) or cause beliefs (Al Queda Iraq/Afghanistan).  This has happened numourous times with negative endings or results.  Having the knowledge, mindset, and training will give people a fighting chance and increase their odds of survival.
